"There is nothing better than dealing with the owner of a company. At Reliable Cooling that's exactly what you get. Nick is the owner and he came out with an assistant and did the work with Mike and himself. Most of the time the owner will come out and bid the job and then delegate the work to someone else. I have found that the owner always cares and is more conscientious than the employee. They showed up on time at 8 a.m. and were done six hours later on an air conditioner and heater replacement. I was contemplating moving my A/C unit from my back patio to the side of the house due to the noise in the summer time ruining relaxing on the back patio. Nick indicated the new 5 ton American Standard only emitted 71 dBA of noise . He arranged for me to listen to a newly installed unit and I was convinced I could live with it without incurring the extra cost to move it . In addition to being very efficient and easy to deal with the price was super competitive. You can't go wrong using Nick at Reliable Cooling & Heating."

"My husband and I just moved to west sacramento and were facing some issues with our AC and I went to google and just typed in AC repair . I called a few numbers and everyone said they could not come out . Nick was my 3rd call and he was so friendly and responded with a yes . This was early in the AM and Nick confirmed between 10-12. Nick and Mike arrived at 10 and went right on the roof and was able to diagnose it ASAP and recommended us to call the company who recently put it in. "We worked w/ Reliable Heating & Cooling twice; Nick was great! The 1st time, our A/C air pressure was weak and not blowing cold air. Nick figured out the issue quickly then the A/C worked like new. The 2nd time, Nick discovered a loose connection where it shorted out. He fixed it and did not charge us a fee.
